Embodied Flow: Yoga + Art Therapy
Join trauma-informed yoga teacher Sam Kasmer and registered art therapist Pierra D.B. for an afternoon of movement, meditation, and creativity. This workshop is designed to help you connect to the present moment and tap into a state of flow.
No prior experience with yoga or art therapy is required. All levels are welcome.
What to Bring:
Yoga mat (optional, mats and props will be available for use)
Water bottle
Comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a little messy
Please note: Art supplies will be provided.
